As part of its Client/Out-Patient Management system to ensure that a client receives quality services within Five (5) to Fifteen (15) minutes, the Hospital has introduced an Appointment Scheduling system where a client must have an Appointment a day before seeing a Doctor for consultation as well as for any other clinical services. Foreigners together with local clients must call the hospital's Centralized Appointment Line at the Front Desk +233 303 202113 between 08.00 GMT to 15.00 GMT Monday-Friday to book an appointment before coming to the hospital.
On the day of Apoointment, if the client do not show up on the scheduled time, he or she will be rescheduled to another day and time. This measure is to enable the entire staff especially our valient Doctors to ensure that out-patients as well as in-patient are comfortably attended to once they visit the hospital. Consultation for all those on Appointment starts from 10.00 GMT and ends on 14.00 GMT, whiles Scanning for Out-Patients starts from 14.00 GMT before that of In-Patients. So far Patients satisfaction with this New Appointment System is very satisfactory and highly embraced
