Become an Egg Donor

To be an egg donor at PRO VITA, you must be between the ages of 21 and 32 and meet certain health criteria. The first step in the donation process is to submit a recent photo and complete a detailed questionnaire, which is reviewed by the Egg Donation Team to determine if it is appropriate that you continue with the donor screening process. You will be contacted by our Donor Egg Nurse Coordinator as to the status of your application. If accepted to advance in the selection process, you will be asked to complete a detailed application and undergo a series of medical and psychological tests. Eligible egg donors then meet with a specially trained coordinator at RMA to discuss the program in more detail and to schedule the required medical and psychological tests.

The egg donation process, which includes a series of tests, office visits, procedures and follow-up monitoring, can last up to three months.

Egg donors at PRO VITA can remain anonymous and are compensated for their time and their commitment to completing the program.

Approved egg donors are treated with commonly used fertility medications. After the procedure, donors typically have one follow-up visit with our medical team. Donors are compensated at the completion of the program with us.
